The path that brought me here is long and winding and, like any good story, starts with an epiphany. One day I realized that I could become aware of the rules of this human game and learn to bend those rules, like Neo in the Matrix!
A human brain is a meaning-making machine. We can’t NOT create stories. The most important skill is to be able to drop our stories and shape a new context that is more empowering, free, and loving.
This is the art of being human.
