Giving & Receiving Feedback
Practice feedback that is clear and considerate, learn to receive it well, and hold more than one perspective in a difficult conversation.
Authentic at Work · For organizations
Feedback that doesn’t land. Responsibilities no one is quite sure about. A difficult conversation that keeps getting postponed.
Authentic at Work helps teams talk about what’s actually happening between them, so they can work through it together.

The approach
Relational intelligence is the ability to stay connected and keep working together while people see things differently. Like any skill, it grows with practice.
In Authentic at Work, teams practice listening closely, naming what they notice, and checking their understanding of one another. The aim is shared reality: a clearer common picture of what’s happening, with room for different perspectives.
Workshop themes
Every engagement starts with a conversation about what your team needs. Format and scope are agreed together.
Practice feedback that is clear and considerate, learn to receive it well, and hold more than one perspective in a difficult conversation.
Get clear on who is responsible for what, take initiative, and improve the way information moves through your team.
Complaints and gossip often carry useful information that never reaches the person who could act on it. This workshop helps people notice that pattern, speak from their own experience, and take concerns directly to the people involved.
Listen for one another’s perspectives, find the values you share, and look for a way forward together.
